Text can be found with a string search in FFCC's ROM or its extracted
\files\dvd\cft\<filename>.cfd files with a hex editor. I recommend extracting the desired .cfd,
modifying it, and either reimporting it, or pasting it back into the ROM.

The game doesn't seem to have a text pointer table in ROM,
but I think it makes one in RAM when the game starts based on where text's null bytes are.

Just make sure that the file is exactly the same size as when you started and the TABLs
remain at their addresses. Using the main c_system.cfd text file as an example:
TABL: 00000040
TABL: 00006650
TABL: 000081A0
TABL: 000089C0
TABL: 00008DE0
TABL: 00008ED0
TABL: 0000A770
TABL: 00013700
You can move the Null (00) bytes around as long as they stay within their tables,
but don't add or remove any.

The GBA data has its own text, using a more traditional pointer system. Much like the
Gamecube text files, the text can be searched for in a hex editor either in the ROM, or its
extracted \files\dvd\gba\ffcc_cli.bin file. Also like the Gamecube text files, I recommend
extracting the ffcc_cli.bin, modifying it, and either reimporting it, or pasting it back into the
ROM.

To find a pointer, we'll be using "Copper Sword" as the example. Search for the string,
"Copper Sword", without quotes, in ffcc_cli.bin. You can see Copper Sword's starting
address is 0002061C, and we'll need this to find the item's pointer. 02061C is the relevant
part, but we need it bitswapped to little endian, so split it into bytes: 02 06 1C. Then, simply
reverse the order to 1C 06 02, and now it's little endian! Now search for "1C 06 02" without
quotes, and you should get 00029C14 as your result, and this is your pointer!
If you get multiple entries, you may need to experiment by changing values and viewing them
in-game, though most pointers should be in the same general area.

ffcc_cli.bin also has a table for descriptions starting at 00022E80
